- Driver & Vehicle Policies
- Drivers may refuse service if a passenger is intoxicated, abusive, or unsafe.

- Replacement vehicles may be arranged if the booked car becomes unavailable.
- Tours & Travel Packages
- Package inclusions/exclusions will be clearly mentioned at the time of booking.
- No refunds for unused services in a package (hotel stay, sightseeing, meals, etc.).

- Hotel Bookings
